How to bake potatoes with minced meat so that in the end you get a tender and tasty dish? There are several basic rules, following which you can cook juicy and tender potatoes with minced meat.

For cooking, use varieties of potatoes that are well-digested. The dish can be formed in layers, or in the form of casseroles. For the first case, potatoes and other ingredients are prepared: vegetables are peeled, washed and cut into thin slices. Minced meat seasoned with spices and salt. Prepared products are layered in a heat-resistant form and sent to the oven for about an hour.

For casseroles, peel, wash and boil until cooked. Then mashed it, or grind the vegetable through a sieve. Half the mashed potatoes are spread at the bottom of the mold, minced meat is laid on top of it and covered with a layer of the remaining mashed potatoes.

1. Peel the potatoes. This can be done with a sharp kitchen knife, or a special device for cleaning vegetables. Carefully ensure that all eyes are cut out. Rinse the peeled vegetable and cut into not too thin circles.

2. Grease a deep heat-resistant form or a baking sheet with vegetable oil. This must be done so that the dish does not burn and does not stick to the walls or the bottom. Lay out circles of root vegetables in one layer. Cut a few circles into small pieces and fill them with the space left between the potatoes.

3. Peel and wash the bulbs. Grind the vegetable into thin rings. Put them on top of the potatoes in one layer. Lightly salt and season with a mixture of peppers.

4. Season the minced meat with salt and a mixture of peppers. Shuffle. You can use mincemeat. But it is better to cook it yourself, so you will be sure of its quality. 1. Peel the onion from the husk, wash and finely chop. This can be done with a sharp kitchen knife, or chopped with a blender.

2. We clean the carrots with a sharp kitchen knife or a special device for peeling vegetables. Grind with small or medium holes. Or cut the carrots into small pieces, place in a blender bowl and kill until small crumbs.

3. We take the ground beef as purchased, or we make it ourselves. To do this, we clean the flesh of beef from films and veins. Rinse, cut into small pieces and twist into minced meat using a meat grinder or food processor.

4. We take a cast-iron pan. Pour vegetable oil into it and put on medium heat. We spread chopped onions, chopped carrots and ground beef in preheated oil.
