Footballer Anton Shunin, apparently impressed with the story of Alexander Kerzhakov, decided to sue the child’s ex-wife.
The 27-year-old Dynamo player filed a lawsuit in the Tverskoy capital court to establish the location of his daughter, as well as to establish the order of communication between the child and his mother.
Anton and his wife Veronika divorced last year, having lived together for three years. At divorce, the court ruled that Shunin is obliged to deduct alimony in the amount of 50 thousand rubles. The ex-wife of a football player was outraged by this amount of alimony, because under the law, Shunin is obliged to deduct 25% of income, which is significantly higher than the amount assigned.
Apparently, fearing an increase in “extortion,” Shunin began this judicial red tape.
Veronica’s lawyers, pointing out that the child’s ex-spouse is not yet three years old, according to the law must be with his mother.
