Nikas Safronov buys elite real estate in Turkey

The famous artist Nikas Safronov purchased a significant amount of real estate in Turkey - 8 apartments with a total area of ​​1200 sq. M. meters

All apartments are located in a luxury residential complex near the sea. Among the apartments: two penthouses and four three-room apartments occupying two floors. At the moment, they are repairing. Safronov intends to combine both floors, placing a personal elevator between them.

Nikas invested in real estate all the money earned recently. So, only in the past summer, having sold his canvases, the artist earned about 30 million rubles.
