Finnish punks suffering from Down syndrome have applied for Eurovision

The Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held this year in the Austrian capital, has been submitted by an unusual team - the Finnish punk band PKN, all of whose members have Down Syndrome.

Group leader Peri Couric stated that their main mission is to draw attention to the rights of people suffering from this genetic disease. The punks are confident that their performance at such a prestigious competition will certainly draw public attention to the life and rights of people with mental retardation.
