Required ingredients for 4-6 servings:

- 400 g dried peas;

- 2-3 smoked salami sausages;

- 2-3 potatoes;

- 1-2 carrots;

-1-2 bulbs;

- 2-3 bay leaves and 2-3 pinches of dried thyme;

- salt and black pepper to taste;

- fresh herbs to taste;

- 4-5 slices of bread;

- 1-2 cloves of garlic;

- 2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil.

Dried peas are sold in any supermarket - it's not a problem to find it!

Rinse the peas 5-6 times until all the foam is washed and pour the multicooker into the bowl.

Add salt, bay leaves, black pepper and dried thyme.

Pour in 2/3 of the hot water and close the multicooker lid, setting the Soup mode on the scoreboard for 1 hour.

Be sure to stir the bowl several times during this time so that your soup does not burn.

While the peas are boiled, cut the bread into proportional cubes.

Squeeze the peeled garlic clove into a container, add vegetable oil, add a little salt, ground black pepper and dried greens. Stir.

Put the bread cubes in the pan and grease them with the dressing. Dry in the oven at 100 ° C for about 25 minutes, slightly opening the door.

As soon as the time on the multicooker board begins to come to an end, peel the vegetables and rinse them in water. Cut the potatoes into large cubes and the carrots and onions into small ones.

After the beep, open the multicooker lid and add the chopped vegetables to the boiled peas. If there is not enough liquid, pour in more hot water. Stir and taste, adding spices as needed.
