Recipe 1: Home-made chicken and pork ham "Meat" in a baking bag

Cooking such ham from chicken and pork at home will not take much time, and the result is simply amazing!

Ingredients

• 500 grams of chicken;

• 500 grams of pork neck;

• 1 pinch of nutmeg;

• 15 grams of gelatin;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• salt;

• a mixture of peppers.

Cooking

1. Slightly freeze chicken fillet and pork. Then cut into small cubes, drop into a cup.

2. Add nutmeg, pepper, salt and immediately pour the gelatin. Add chopped garlic cloves. Mix the resulting stuffing.

3. Put the mass in a bag for baking, form a sausage, just throw the free edge in a second layer. We tie the edges with a thread and wrap it several times along the entire length.

4. We make 1-2 holes with a thin needle, put the ham in a baking dish and put it in the oven.

5. Bake for about 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.

6. We take out, let the ham cool completely and remove for 5 hours in the refrigerator. During this time, it will fully get stronger and it will be possible to remove the sleeve.

Recipe 2: Homemade chicken and pork ham with olives

A festive recipe for pork and chicken ham at home with a very rich composition. The product is very aromatic, and olives add piquancy.

Ingredients

• 800 grams of chicken;

• 600 grams of pork;

• 150 grams of cheese;

• 1 onion;

• salt pepper;

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• some dry greens.

Cooking

1. Cut the chicken into pieces, put in a bowl.

2. Add chopped onion, mayonnaise and herbs. Salt and leave to marinate for half an hour.

3. In the meantime, we twist the pork into the minced meat through a meat grinder or chop it with a combine.

5. Throw dry gelatin, salt, stir. We cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator for 10 hours to marinate.

6. We take out, mix again and put in ham. Or we form a log (rectangle) in any other way.

7. Bake in the oven for at least two hours. If ham is used, then do not forget to pour a little water into the pan. If the ham is baked in the sleeve, then you can periodically turn it over to the other side.

8. Then we cool and before removal from the form must be kept in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Chicken and pork ham at home - tips and tricks

• Ham is very fond of spicy. But besides pepper, mustard can also be added to it. Just one spoon added to the minced meat will make it much more flavorful and delicious.

• Home-made sausages are never cooked from fresh meat; chunks should be well cooled. And if you need to cook chopped mass, it is better to freeze a little. It will be easier to cut, and the pieces will be more accurate.

• After cooking or baking ham in the bag (or in the form, in foil), aromatic juice remains. In no case do not pour it! This liquid can be added to any sauce or to the first, second dish. You can simply pour it into molds and put it in the freezer. Natural bouillon cubes will certainly find application!

• Chicken skin should not be thrown away. It is quite oily and gives the ham juiciness, but before laying the skin you need to chop it well.
