There is a diet that will allow you to destroy a couple of extra pounds in a week, if you have some kind of event and you already have an outfit that, if you lose a little weight, will definitely look better.

The first thing you have to do when embarking on such a diet is to forget about food. It is clear that this is quite difficult, but you are already mentally prepared and well-grasped that even small indulgences can spoil the final result.

  • Monday: liter of milk
  • Tuesday: 200 gr. cottage cheese and 4 glasses of freshly squeezed juice
  • Wednesday: all day mineral water without gas
  • Thursday: 4 boiled potatoes without salt plus 4 cups unsweetened juice
  • Friday: five apples
  • Saturday: boiled unsalted meat plus 5 cups of juice
