  • 3 ml of vanilla extract.

Cooking method

1. Combine the flour with powdered sugar and salt. Mix and add sliced ​​butter. Grind hands into crumbs. Add the egg yolk and pour in drinking water. Knead a homogeneous soft dough. Separate a small part, wrap it with foil and place it in the freezer. We put most of it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator.

2. Peel the apples from the skin, remove the core and cut into small slices. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon and lemon juice in a bowl. Add apples and mix.

3. Grease the heat-resistant form with the corrugated edges with oil. Sprinkle the table with icing sugar and spread the dough on it. Roll out a circle five millimeters thick. We place the dough in a mold and pierce in several places with a fork. Spread apple slices on top.

  • kefir - 60 ml;

  • two eggs;

  • baking soda;

  • sugar - a glass;

  • flour - three glasses;

Filling

  • nuts - 100 g;

  • four apples;

  • sugar - half a glass;

  • two egg whites.

Cooking method

1. Rub the eggs with sugar. In kefir add baking soda and mix. Pour kefir with soda into the egg mixture. Add margarine or butter here and knead the plastic dough. Divide the dough in half. Wrap each piece with cling film and place in the freezer.

2. Beat egg whites with sugar in a dense foam. Grind walnut kernels in a blender or using a rolling pin.

3. Wash apples, wipe and rub coarsely.

  • peanuts - 80 g;

  • honey - 50 g;

  • sugar - 50 g;

  • butter - 60 g.

Cooking method

1. Grind cold butter with sifted flour to a state of fine crumbs. Add sugar and yolks. Quickly knead the plastic dough. We form two balls from it, wrap it with foil and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

2. One part is rubbed into large chips. We distribute it along the bottom of the form greased with margarine, forming low sides. We send the billet to the oven and bake at 200 C for a quarter of an hour.

  • soft cottage cheese - 250 g;

  • sugar - 125 g.

Cooking method

1. Remove the margarine from the refrigerator and chop it finely with a knife. Add sugar, baking powder and flour to it. Rub everything with your hands into crumbs.

2. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the pulp of the fruit into thin slices.

3. In a separate bowl, crush the cottage cheese with eggs, vanilla and sugar.

4. Pour two-thirds of the crushed dough into a dry form, spread it evenly on the bottom. Lay thin slices of apples on top in a lap circle. Pour over the apples with a tablespoon of curd cream so that it spreads evenly over the apples.

  • You can safely replace the butter in the dough with margarine.
