Oven fast pizza recipe - general principles

From the name it is already clear that the time for pizza preparation is required to a minimum, which means that it is necessary to facilitate the process of kneading dough.

The secret is simple: instead of dough, you can use pita bread, baguette, loaf, plain bread. You can take a ready-made puff pastry or in 5 minutes to cook the filling mass. There are actually many ways, the main thing is to choose your own recipe.

What else is a good quick pizza recipe for? As a filling, you can use what is at hand. Fresh tomatoes, ketchup or tomato paste, onions, sausages, meat, ham, pepper, olives, mushrooms, cheeses. The list is not limited to this, it all depends on your preferences and on the products available at home.

1. Recipe for fast pizza in the oven on pita bread

Ingredients:

• 1 pita;

• 2 red tomatoes;

• any smoked sausage - a small piece;

• processed cheese - 2 pcs.;

• 30 g of mayonnaise and ketchup.

How to cook:

1. Prepare all the ingredients: wash the tomatoes, cut into circles, cut the sausage into strips, grate the cheese with a grater with large teeth, mix the mayonnaise with ketchup. Be sure to take processed cheese without various additives, because additives can spoil the whole aroma and taste of pizza.

2. Lay the pita bread on a flat frying sheet. You can buy pita bread in a store, or you can make it yourself at home according to the following recipe: pour water into a small metal cup, boil, dissolve a tablespoon of salt in it, cool slightly. Sift the flour into a separate deep cup, make a dimple in it and slowly pour water with salt, knead the dough with a mixer. If the dough turns out to be very thick - it's okay, just knead a little with a mixer, then it will assemble itself and acquire an elastic consistency. Knead the dough with a mixer for only five minutes, and then put it on the table and knead with your hands. Allow the dough to rest a little. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll into layers. Heat the pan over medium heat and lay out the layers in turn and fry at the same temperature on both sides. Fry the seams on a towel slightly moistened with water so that they do not dry out immediately.

3. Lavash generously grease with ketchup mayonnaise.

4. Arrange the circles of tomatoes, sausage on them and sprinkle all with cheese. Sprinkle with any herbs or black pepper, if desired, salt slightly.

5. Place the leaf in a hot oven and bake at a moderate temperature for no more than ten minutes.

2. Recipe for fast pizza in the oven with ham and red onions

Ingredients:

For the test:

• 2 eggs;

• flour - 1.5 cups;

• 40 g of any mayonnaise.

For filling:

• red onion - 1 head;

• 1 tomato;

• a small piece of any ham;

• Dutch cheese -150 g;

• 30 g of ketchup.

Lean oil - 30 ml to lubricate the pan.

How to cook:

1. Beat the egg in a small cup, add mayonnaise to it, mix well.

2. Sift the flour and slowly pour into the egg mixture. The dough should be the consistency of liquid sour cream. Do not add salt to the dough, as it is already present in mayonnaise.

3. Grease the frying pan with oil and pour in the dough, flatten with a spoon.

4. Spread ketchup over the entire surface of the dough.

5. Wash the tomato, cut into slices, peel the red onion, cut into strips, ham also into strips, grind the cheese on a grater with small teeth (can be on a Korean grater).

Ingredients:

For the dough:

• a pinch of baking soda;

• 1 egg;

• olive oil - 30 ml;

• medium fat kefir - 200 ml;

• flour - 12 tbsp. spoons.

On the sauce:

• tomato paste - 40 g;

• 15 g of basil powder;

• 1 tomato.

For filling:

• a small piece of feta cheese;

• 1 onion;

• sweet pepper - 1 pc.;

• 3 fresh champignons.

You can also prepare pitted black olives to decorate pizza.

How to cook:

1. Knead the dough: break the egg into a deep bowl, whisk a little with a whisk. Pour in kefir at room temperature and olive oil, pour baking soda (instead of soda, you can use a baking powder for dough), mix everything thoroughly. Sift the flour and slowly pour into the mass, stirring continuously, so that no lumps form. The consistency of the dough should be a little thicker than the dough for pancakes.

2. Cover the frying sheet with parchment and pour the dough on it.

3. Prepare the sauce: before preparing the sauce, pour the tomato in hot water, soak for three minutes, cool and remove the skin. Grind the pulp. Put the chopped pulp of a tomato in a metal cup, add tomato paste, put on moderate heat, bring to a boil. Pour basil, boil for another minute and remove from heat, cool the sauce.

4. Put the tomato sauce on the dough, evenly distributing it on the surface with a wooden spatula.

• 1 baguette of premium flour.

For filling:

• tomato paste - 50 ml;

• Dutch cheese - 200 grams;

• sweet pepper - 1 pc.;

• smoked sausage - 140 g

• olives - 8 pcs.;

• canned pineapple - half a jar;

• 2 boiled sausages.

How to cook:

1. Cut the baguette into two halves.

2. Smear the tomato paste on both sides of the baguette (you can use ketchup).

3. Cut sweet pepper into two parts, take out the seeds, wash, cut into strips and put into pieces baguette.

4. Next, cut the sausage into a cube and put on a bell pepper on one layer of baguette

• granulated sugar - 20 g;

• salt - a pinch.

For filling:

• ketchup - 50 g;

• Dutch cheese - 100 g;

• pork ham - 150 g.

How to cook:

1. Make puff yeast dough: pour yeast into a deep cup, pour a little warm water, add half the norm of sugar, mix well, cover with a clean cloth and let stand for half an hour in a warm place. In a separate cup, beat the egg with a fork, mix it with milk and pour into the yeast mixture, mix again. Mix the sifted flour with salt and the remaining sugar, pour on the table. Lightly thaw the butter, cut into a cube and put it on the flour, chop well with a knife, while mixing with flour. Do not crush the dough with your hands, because if you knead with your hands, then the puff pastry will not work. In the flour mixture, make a hole and pour in the yeast mass, knead the dough to a smooth state, but not for long, since puff pastry can lose its lamination. Roll the ball from the dough, wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.

2. Sift the flour and slowly pour into the egg-sour cream mass, mix thoroughly with a spoon until a homogeneous liquid mass.
